TFS Fort Kinnaird Retail Signage Project

Located at Fort Kinnaird, this project for The Fragrance Shop involved the design, manufacture, and installation of a completely bespoke illuminated signage package created to deliver a bold and distinctive retail presence.

The client requested a first-of-its-kind signage solution featuring large built-up illuminated letters installed at high level across the shopfront. A key requirement was to achieve exceptionally bright illumination from both the face and rear of the letters combining white face illumination with a striking blue halo effect to maximise visibility within the retail environment.

Our in-house team engineered and manufactured a bespoke solution that delivered exactly to the client’s vision. The illuminated letters were mounted onto specially fabricated welded support rails, designed to conceal wiring while providing a clean and seamless finish. Additional structural fixing points were integrated into the glazing mullions to provide enhanced stability and long-term durability for the high-level installation.

Alongside the feature lettering, we also manufactured and installed the main fascia branding for The Fragrance Shop, incorporating faux neon acrylic letters mounted onto a full backing tray system. Careful production planning and efficient installation coordination allowed the entire signage package to be installed within just a few hours, minimising disruption to the retail environment.

All elements were manufactured in-house, enabling complete control over quality, illumination performance, and installation scheduling from start to finish.
