Signworld Deliver the Goods for Huws Gray

Wednesday, November 9th, 2011

Huws Gray is the largest independent merchant of building materials in Wales and North West England. Established in 1990 in Anglesey, now with over 34 locations from Tywyn to Bolton, with brick specialists at Warrington with over 700 brick types and 8 million bricks in stock and to Gaerwen where the Huws Gray Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom lives.

With a fleet of delivery trucks, Huws Gray required fresh new vehicle graphics applied to all, further expanding the Huws Gray brand identity and impact. Contacting Signworld Group through ‘Wrap My Motor’, Huws Gray laid out a clear brief, using the signature green, red, yellow and white colours that have become so well known to Huws Gray. Signworld’s team of designers set to work with this simple but clear brief and produced several designs. A final design was chosen and not long after the first Huws Gray truck rolled up at the Signworld Group HQ in Broughton, Chester.

One of WrapMyMotor’s vehicle wrap specialists Mark worked tirelessly with the latest conformable vinyl’s which were digitally printed using Signworld’s Mimaki JV33-260 wide format digital printer. Mark worked the printed vinyl graphics into curved panels and deep ridges throughout the vehicle ensuring all panels we’re full covered. Not too long later the first Huws Gray truck wrap was complete and it was time for the next in-line to roll up.

As always, we’ve provided a small gallery of images so you can see the Huws Gray truck wrap under way. We’re very pleased with how the final graphics turned out, we’re sure you’ll agree also. Check out Huws Gray website here. Noodle Bar Franchise is really cooking now!

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010

Wok&Go is an Asian food franchise currently with four bars across the UK, including Chester, Liverpool and London.

Wok&Go is about fresh, nutritious, tasty food that is cooked in front of your eyes and served to you in minutes. Wok&Go provides people with tasty and healthy eating at a reasonable price, with most menu items boasting a minimum of 95% fat free. Founder Des Pheby’s vision was inspired by travels to New York. Des has brought the tastes and aromas of Asia to a casual and relaxed atmosphere where customers can get great tasting food without the long wait a typical restaurant would have. Wok&Go have two bars in Chester and establishments in Liverpool and London.

Des contacted Signworld because he wanted to bring a fresh, modern new brand to Wok&Go. Signworld Group designed, manufactured in-house and installed all of Wok&Go’s internal signage, including menus , internal brand logo’s and posters. The external signs involved built-up 3D aluminum letters, a self-illuminating projecting sign and cut vinyl window graphics. Starting with the branding of the two Chester bars and continuing with completion of the Liverpool bar earlier this month, we’ve included a fantastic gallery of images of the Liverpool bar.

Not only did Signworld design Wok&Go’s new logo and entire suite of signage and menu’s, Signworld Media, Signworld Group’s dedicated website design and e-consulancy team, were commissioned to design and build the Wok&Go website which allows customers to browse the menu online and place and order for delivery. Wok&Go’s Website is due to go live in the very near future.
